Who uses it. This app is a personal tool. Its only user is its owner, Frank Zhou, who signs in with his own Google account.
What it can access. Read-only access to the owner's Gmail (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly). It cannot send, delete or modify mail.
How the data is used. Mail is read only when the owner asks his assistant to, for example to summarize or sort messages. To answer, the assistant sends the relevant text to the AI model provider the owner has chosen. Nothing is sold, shared with other people, or used for advertising.
Where it is stored. The sign-in token is stored on the owner's own computer. The app keeps no copy of mail on any server.
How to stop it. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Google user data. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
